SWEA TREE COLOR MEDITATION APP
Last updated: June 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the SWEA Tree Color Meditation app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SWEA Tree Color Meditation app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided through the app or via email.
2. Subscription Usage
The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The premium subscription grants access to additional meditation levels and features on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app's Subscribe section or through your device's app store account settings.
3. Refund Policy
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to premium features and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods or for change-of-mind cancellations. Please contact rasheedah@ladyra.net to request a refund review.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App. You agree not to misuse the App in any way that could harm other users, our systems, or third parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Content Ownership
All content within the SWEA Tree Color Meditation app — including guided meditations, affirmations, color imagery, text, and the SWEA Tree methodology — is the intellectual property of SWEA Tree Color Meditation and is protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without express written permission.
6. Account Usage Requirements
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. One account per person is permitted. Sharing, transferring, or selling accounts is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
The SWEA Tree Color Meditation app is a wellness and mindfulness tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. The app is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SWEA Tree Color Meditation and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
